Genius Loci
The landscapes in the Genius Loci Series are 3-D screen prints that were created using a combination of Photoshop pre-press design, extra thick stencil applications and hand-printed braille ink. These prints can have up to twenty color separations and 100 layers of ink producing an illusion that gives the uncanny impression of being THERE. This immersive viewing experience embodies the spirit of the places in which I live- Dog Island Florida and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
